“I’m anything but sure about what you’ll decide. To be quite honest, the not knowing is killing me. What is killing me even more is that I can’t take you right here on this desk and watch you come as you’re wrapped around my cock. It kills me that I can’t feel you the way I want to. It kills me that I can’t be close to you, but it would kill me even more if you decide I’m not it and that Ian is the one you want to be with. I’d respect it, but I wouldn’t like it.
The caveman in me wants to throw you over my shoulder and keep you locked in my bedroom. I want to get you back into my bed so I can feel you squirm beneath me and hear you scream my name as I make you come over and over and over again.”
This is the first story I’ve ever read by Steffy Rogers. I truly enjoyed the comradery with the four friends. The story wasn’t what I thought it would be. I laughed every time there was a colorful reverence to the genitals of a male or female. There was a place or two were I was tripped up and had to reread a section to insure I understood what was meant. I liked the fact that there were surprises within the story. The way things wrapped up didn’t seem right. It may just be me but I didn’t care for her decision. It was a good, quick read.
She makes a home in a college town in Georgia with her dogs Karma and Tonks and her cat Olaf. However, her heart belongs in Germany, where she lived for 20 years before returning to the USA.
Though her memories of Germany are blurry due to the delicious beer, she knows one day she will return home for good.
She was as passionate as he could ever desire. But there was a part of her that remained elusively out of reach.
It was why he’d never used the word “mate” to her. Even though every time she kissed him, touched him…every time he was inside of her or fuck, just holding her hand as they watched the sunset on the porch, he’d wanted to.
“Humans can be just as loyal.” Hiss broke into his dark thoughts. “We’ve seen that with our own eyes.”
It was true. Lately the Pantera had brought many humans into the Wildlands. They had proven to be devoted mates and treasured assets to the pack.
“Yes.” He spoke his worse fear. “I just feel like she’s holding something back from me.”
“Give her time,” Hiss commanded. “She’s been through hell. She needs time to heal.”
Blade grimaced. Logically he knew it’d only been a few days, far too soon for a human female to feel comfortable with the dramatic changes in her life. Especially after all that Valli had endured.
But logic had nothing to do with a male who was eager to mate.
“My cat doesn’t want to be patient,” he muttered.
Hiss dropped his hand and stepped back, a small smile curving his lips.
“Then be a man until she’s ready for your beast,” he said.
Blade scowled, watching as Hiss turned and sauntered down the trail.
Be a man? What the hell was that supposed to mean?
Growling deep in his throat, Blade resisted the urge to dismiss the words. Maybe Hiss was right. Being in the Wildlands meant that his cat was much closer to the surface than when he was moving around in the outside world. Perhaps his female needed to know that he could be human as well.
So what did human males do to win the hearts of their females?
A slow smile curved his lips.
A candlelit dinner. Flowers. Soft music so he could hold her close as they danced.
Yes. He would create a night that would sweep her off her feet. And then he would get down on one knee as a man would do, and ask her to be his mate.
But for that, he was going to need help.
Pivoting on his heel, he shifted back into his cat and took off through the trees and back to the communal center.
To say that I am a fan of these two authors, would be putting my love of their works lightly. I have enjoyed every work that I’ve been privileged enough to read. They didn’t disappoint with this work. I adore the naughty playful side to their writing.

Alexandra Ivy is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author. From Alexandra: “I’m not exactly sure when I fell in love with books. Probably on my mother’s knee listening to her read Dr. Seuss to me. I do remember that I was barely old enough to cross the street by myself when I discovered the delights of the local library.
Could anything be more wonderful than spending summer days surrounded by stacks of Nancy Drew mysteries? Over the years I fell in love with Victoria Holt, Jane Austen, Agatha Christie, and J.R.R. Tolkien just to name a few. I read poetry, essays, biographies, and plays. In fact, I read anything I could get my hands on.
Years later (no, I’m not admitting how many) I’m still an avid reader, and my tastes are still as varied as they were in my youth, which I suppose helps to explain why I enjoy writing regency historicals under the name of Deborah Raleigh, as well as my contemporary paranormals as Alexandra Ivy. For now that is enough to keep me busy, but who knows what the future might hold!
I do have a few other loves in my life besides reading and writing, the most important being my unbelievably patient husband, David, and my two sons, Chance and Alexander. Without their constant support and belief in me, I never could have been able to follow my dreams. They are truly my heroes.
Laura Wright is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author. From Laura: “Unlike many of my peers in the writing world, I wasn’t a writer or a reader until I left high school. During my youth I was into theater, song and dance, commercials and boys. I loved romance surely, but I had never read a romance novel until my late teens. With that said, I remember the day I did like it was a moment ago – my aunt gave me the Jude Deveraux novel, Knight in Shining Armor and I couldn’t put it down until the very last word. Then I went straight to the library and got another – then another until I’d read everything she’d ever written. After that, it was McNaught, Howard, Schone, Kleypas, and the Silhouette line, Desire. I instantly loved those emotional, sexy reads, so much so that I began to carve out ideas for my own stories, themes that were unique to me and moved me. In 1997 I enrolled in UCLA extension writing classes, met my mentor and critique partners and since have never stopped writing. I was committed then and I still am now; the need to tell my own romantic stories a full on obsession. My first manuscript was rejected, and though the second one was as well the editor who’d rejected it wanted to see something else from me. I had something (note to authors; always keep working, even after you’ve sent in a proposal) and sent it right away. The day I got the call telling me Desire wanted to buy Cinderella and the Playboy was the best day of my life. That is until I married my husband, and had my two beautiful children. But I must say, writing is much like motherhood – tough, grueling, surprising, delicious and for me, a dream come true.”

Rock band drummer Lita Regina has had enough of James’s guilt. She wants the explosive man she met that night in Hollywood. And she’ll stop at nothing to revive him.

FALLING UNDER YOU: A Fixed Trilogy Novella by Laurelin Paige
Norma Anders has always prided herself on her intelligence and determination. She climbed out of poverty, put herself through school and is now a chief financial advisor at Pierce Industries. AMERICAN QUEEN by Sierra Simone
It starts with a stolen kiss under an English sky, and it ends with a walk down the aisle. It starts with the President sending his best friend to woo me on his behalf, and it ends with my heart split in two. It starts with buried secrets and dangerous desires…and ends with the three of us bound together with a hateful love sharper than any barbed wire.
I am always so excited to see this bundle when it becomes available. It never disappoints. I’ve found some of my favorite authors through this series of works. These authors are absolutely amazing. Every story keeps you engaged and ready for the next. As far as I am concerned, keep them coming. Excellent work as always.
Tessa Bailey – Tessa Bailey is originally from Carlsbad, California. The day after high school graduation, she packed her yearbook, ripped jeans and laptop, driving cross-country to New York City in under four days.
Her most valuable life experiences were learned thereafter while waitressing at K-Dees, a Manhattan pub owned by her uncle. Inside those four walls, she met her husband, best friend and discovered the magic of classic rock, managing to put herself through Kingsborough Community College and the English program at Pace University at the same time. Several stunted attempts to enter the work force as a journalist followed, but romance writing continued to demand her attention.
She now lives in Long Island, New York with her husband of eight years and four-year-old daughter. Although she is severely sleep-deprived, she is incredibly happy to be living her dream of writing about people falling in love.
Lexi Blake – New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Lexi Blake lives in North Texas with her husband and three kids. She began writing at a young age concentrating on plays and journalism. It wasn’t until she started writing romance that she found success. Lexi believes in happy endings no matter how odd the couple, threesome or foursome may seem.
Larissa Ione – Larissa Ione is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author. An Air Force veteran, she traded in a career as a meteorologist to pursue her passion of writing. She now spends her days in pajamas with her computer, strong coffee, and supernatural worlds. She believes in celebrating everything, and would never be caught without a bottle of Champagne chilling in the fridge…just in case. She currently lives in Wisconsin with her U.S. Coast Guard husband, her teenage son, a rescue cat named Vegas, and her very own hellhound, a King Shepherd named Hexe.
Laurelin Paige –Laurelin Paige is the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today Bestselling Author of the Fixed Trilogy. She’s a sucker for a good romance and gets giddy anytime there’s kissing, much to the embarrassment of her three daughters. Her husband doesn’t seem to complain, however. When she isn’t reading or writing sexy stories, she’s probably singing, watching Game of Thrones and the Walking Dead, or dreaming of Michael Fassbender. She’s also a proud member of Mensa International though she doesn’t do anything with the organization except use it as material for her bio.
Jenna Jacob – USA Today bestselling and award winning author Jenna Jacob lives out her happily-ever-after in Kansas with her Alpha husband, adult children, and animal babies. When she’s not pounding the keyboard she’s likely riding a Harley, camping and fishing, reading, or cooking. Dubbed the “Goddess of Gravy” by Lexi Blake, Jenna enjoys tantalizing the taste buds of family and friends with her famous fried chicken dinner.
But don’t let her conventional innocence fool you. Jenna has been involved in the BDSM lifestyle for over twenty years. With experience and knowledge she delves deep into the emotional psyche of strong Dominants and sassy submissives with her Doms of Genesis series and The Doms of Her Life series (co-authored with Shayla Black and Isabella LaPearl).
Her works have been called: savagely beautiful, captivating, and emotionally riveting.
A hopeless romantic, Jenna paints a softer picture with her contemporary romance: Sky Of Dreams. A lover of life and laughter, she sets her zany sense of humor free in the romantic comedies: Sin On A Stick and Wet Dream.
No matter the genre, you’ll want a box of tissues handy, Jenna tugs hard on the heartstrings.
Sierra Simone – Sierra Simone is the USA Today bestselling author of American Queen and Priest. She‘s a former librarian who spent too much time reading romance novels at the information desk. She’s also a 4th degree black belt in kenpo karate, a narcoleptic, a former living history interpreter and is licensed to perform marriages in exchange for beer. She lives with her husband, two kids and a big, brown dog in Kansas City. You can also email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Banner Regent is one of my new favorite characters. I am so in love with this woman that I wish I knew her in real life. We would be fantastic friends.
Logan Brantley and Banner Regent are two of so awesome together. I am so happy that I didn’t have to wait to listen to these stories back to back. I do believe I might have had a little fit. The way the two feed off one another makes me smile. I have not laughed, giggled, or been downright shocked by a book as I much as I have with this one. While listening to the first book, I had to make my love of the main female character known to the author. Absolutely fucking amazing!
**Oh, side note. Sebastian York could read me sports stats and I would be enthralled with that man.
From USA Today best-selling author Meghan March comes a sexy new duet with a hero you won’t want to miss.
Fall for a woman over text messages? No way in hell.
Reality can never be as good at the fantasy, right?
Wrong. It’s better.
Banner Regent is smart, funny, and so far out of my league she might as well be royalty.
I’m a mechanic from Kentucky. She’s a New York City party girl.
We were never supposed to meet, but one text started something neither of us saw coming.
How do you seduce the woman who already has everything?
Show her what it’s like to be with a real good man.
I’ve had my fair share of bad boys, but nothing prepared me for what it was like to be with a real good man.
Logan Brantley changed everything.
Somewhere along the way, what started as a fling became the best part of my life.
He makes me want all the things I’ve never had, like forever and happily ever after, but nothing worth having comes easily.
Everyone is betting on us to fail, but I’m ready to fight for this real good love.
Real Good Love is the conclusion of the Real Duet series.
I’d dated his brother.
He didn’t remember and I wish I could forget.
I may have sworn off the Wright family a long time ago. But when I returned home, Jensen Wright crashed into my life with the confidence of a billionaire CEO and the sex appeal of a god. Even I couldn’t resist our charged chemistry, or the way he fit into my life like a missing puzzle piece.
Too bad he’d forgotten the one thing that could destroy us.
Because Jensen Wright doesn’t share. Not with anyone. And if his brother finds out, this could all go down in flames.
When it all was said and done, was he the Wright brother?

From the moment I first saw my stalker, I was captivated.
The man with the black leather jacket and dark, spiky hair sits on a bench across the street from my house, staring down at a notebook.
Every night, he sits there at exactly ten p.m., looking off into the distance or writing his notes under the street light … or looking straight at me.
Like he is now.
Our eyes meet, and a sudden electrical current rushes through my veins.
I’m unable to look away from his piercing blue eyes, and I wonder … How long ago did he first see me?
I’ve only noticed him outside recently … watching over my house as if he’s guarding it. Guarding me.
I don’t know if I should be scared. If I should run or call the cops.
He’s never come close.
So is there any reason to act?
As long as he maintains his distance … an invisible line he doesn’t cross … I still feel safe. I can survive, knowing he is there, wherever I go.
I never know when or where I’m going to see him again.
I just know I will.
A hampered breath leaves my throat as he stares me down from across the street. His gaze feels like it penetrates through the closed windows. And for a brief second, I think I spot a hint of a smile.
“Where are you going?” she asks.
“Shower,” I grumble, annoyed with her indecisiveness.
My cock tents my pants, and I will it down, but it’s not happening. So I take them off, along with my boxer shorts, socks, and shoes. Then I pull off my shirt and throw it in the corner of the bathroom on the pile of clothes that was already there.
When I turn around to grab some shampoo, she’s still standing in the living room, blatantly staring at my naked body while blinking rapidly, her lips parting ever so slowly.
A smirk grows on my face. “Seen a ghost or something?”
Her face glows red, and she stutters, “I can’t believe you just took off your clothes while I’m still here.” She swallows, visibly confused. “Do you want me to go? I can go.”
I shrug. I don’t see the problem. “You can stay.” I give her a smile, and she tentatively smiles back, trying to hide the obvious stare. I guess my cock stole the show.
“Okay,” she murmurs as I turn around and turn on the shower, wondering if she’s staring at my ass. She probably is, judging from the squeaks in her voice. “I’ll go sit down over here…”
I don’t answer, as it wasn’t a question, and I don’t see the point in discussing something completely irrelevant. I’m a man of actions, not of words, and I prefer the written word regardless. I could write whole essays about how her beauty captivates me and about all the things I would do to her to make her mine.
But she already knows that.
She’s seen my notes.
Touched herself to my dirtiest fantasies.
And now, I’m touching myself to them too.
Under the shower, my cock has done anything to cool down.
All I can think of is claiming her for my own, and it only makes me stroke myself more. I don’t even care that she’s in the room beside me. I need the release, one way or another, and if she doesn’t want it, then I’ll have to take care of it myself.
So I imagine her showering with me as I jerk myself off, picturing her naked body. I hiss and bite my lip, completely immersing myself in my own fantasy. The fact she’s right next door only makes it that much more exciting. That much more forbidden.
But when I open my eyes for just a second, I spot her standing in the doorway, with her mouth wide open.
The Gallagher Brothers series from NYT Bestselling Author Carrie Ann Ryan continues with the one brother who thinks he can handle it all and the one woman who could change that.
Owen Gallagher likes everything in its place and is organized to a fault. While his brothers have each dealt with their own personal tragedies and stresses, Owen figures he’s had it pretty easy. That is until his perfectly ordered world is rocked at its foundation and he’s forced to rely on others. Now, he must heal his body and his soul while trying to ignore his delectable and utterly off-limits neighbor.
Liz McKinley is stressed out, exhausted, and not in the mood for a bearded and growly man in her ER. When she patches him up to the best of his ability, she’s prepared to push him firmly from her thoughts. Of course, that would be easier if she and her best friend hadn’t bought the house next to his. Now their paths seem to cross daily, and she is finding it harder and harder to say no to the injured and angry man next door. But she’s been scarred one too many times in her life, and even though this Gallagher looks good enough to eat, she knows that sometimes, sating that craving is the worst thing she can do.

Owen and his brothers … what can I say about them? I absolutely adore everything about them. They remind me of every time that I get together with mine. I can do nothing but laugh around them. I felt the same way about the Gallagher brothers, the whole Gallagher family actually. Those moments were so spectacular that I didn’t want to leave the page. Liz’s friend, Tessa, just fit in perfectly. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for her. Murphy too.
Owen is the most amazing guy and a man after my own heart. I gasped whenever the man hit the page. His tail with Liz was interesting and I loved how patient he was. It helped that he has the same tendencies that I have.
Wasn’t a fan of Liz. Didn’t care much for her. The other aspects of the story that I didn’t care for were the second half of Clive’s story, the accident “tie up,” and what I call the boomerang affect. They just didn’t sit well with me. I felt like something was missing with each thing.
Loved the family, happy with the moments of laughter, enjoyed the HEA. All around nice story.
“Cream and sugar?” Owen asked as he poured two cups.
“Both please,” she said. “I can drink it black and usually do at work, but I have a sweet tooth.”
Owen’s eyes flared. “Good to know.”
Liz licked her lips, and his eyes dropped down to follow the movement. This was so not a good idea. She shouldn’t be here, and she sure as hell shouldn’t be following up on any attraction they might share. He wasn’t good for her, and she damn well knew she wasn’t good for him.
And yet when he set her coffee cup next to her hand on the kitchen island, she didn’t move to reach for it. Instead, she stood still, and he moved closer, so close she could feel his breath on her lips, the warmth of his body achingly close to hers.
“Tell me to stop,” Owen whispered. He moved even closer, resting his hand on her hip. Her heart raced, and she tried to say no, tried to remember that she shouldn’t do this.
She didn’t tell him to stop.
He leaned forward, taking her mouth with his, and she let him. Let him have her, let him kiss her, let him do what she knew she shouldn’t.
And she kissed him back.
It wasn’t a soft kiss, wasn’t one from fairy tales with fair maidens and handsome princes. Instead, it was a meeting of mouths, heavy breathing, teeth, and tongues fighting for control. He gripped her hip with one hand and dug the fingers of his other hand into her hair, pulling her impossibly closer.
She’d imagined his mouth on her lips, on her skin before, and yet those dreams had nothing on the real man. She wrapped her arms around him, needing him on her, in her, with her. When she found herself rocking against the hard length of him, she didn’t stop. Instead, she just kissed him harder.
